Meet the team

Rooted in connection, growing with you

Sequoia trees don’t grow alone. Their roots reach out and intertwine with the trees around them, holding each other up through every storm. That’s the heart of this practice: we are strongest when we are connected.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Hi, I’m Priscilla. I’m glad you’re here.

Priscilla Dominguez, MS, LMFT

I’m a Spanish-speaking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Texas, offering virtual appointments to individuals, couples, and families anywhere in the state, in English or Spanish.

I love being outdoors, whether it’s hiking, playing sports, or just hanging out in the park. I also have a serious LEGO habit – I could build a whole city if I had the space! When I’m not building or exploring, you can usually find me binge-watching something on TV, probably with my corgi, Argo, curled up beside me.

  • Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (Texas #205663)
  • Bachelor of Science in Human Sciences – Texas Tech University

  • ICEEFT Approved Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Externship
  • ICEEFT Approved Advanced Training – “EFCT Core Skills”
  • Currently working towards Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Certification

My approach

Security, understanding, and room to grow

My approach is rooted in creating a sense of security and understanding, where you feel supported to express your needs and work through life’s tough moments. Together, we’ll address the patterns and wounds that may be keeping you stuck, helping you reconnect and build the meaningful relationships you long for.

As a marriage and family therapist, I see people in the context of their relationships. Whether you come alone, as a couple, or as a family, we’ll look at how you and the people you love affect one another. Emotionally Focused Therapy, grounded in attachment science, guides how we slow down, make sense of big feelings, and create moments of real connection.

Head of Security

Argo Dominguez

Meet Argo, the dedicated — and adorable — head of security for our home office.

Argo’s top priority is ensuring your privacy and the confidentiality of your sessions. While you might hear an occasional bark, rest assured it’s all part of his mission to keep our space secure. And perhaps to subtly remind me that he’s available for belly rubs!

  • Bachelor of Sits & Stays in Human Companionship – Texas Treat University

What guides this practice

Rooted in these values

  • Warmth first

You’ll be met with kindness, curiosity, and zero judgment, whatever you bring.

  • Everyone belongs

All family shapes, backgrounds, identities, faiths, and languages are welcome here. Sessions are offered in English and Spanish. Accessibility and inclusion aren’t extras; they’re the foundation.

  • Relationships heal

We look at the whole system around you, because change grows best when it’s shared, and one person’s growth ripples outward.

  • Your pace, your goals

Therapy is a collaboration. We move at a rhythm that feels safe and focus on what matters most to you. I’ll also gently challenge you when it helps, because real change often happens just past what feels comfortable.

What a session feels like

Think less “clinical office,” more “comfortable conversation with someone who’s really listening.” Sessions happen by secure video, so you can join from wherever you feel most at home. We’ll talk, reflect, slow down the moments that matter, and try new ways of communicating, always leaving room for whatever you need that day.

Let’s grow from here
